Sofie’s Petcare is a professional experienced business. As part of our professionalism and care, it is important for you to understand and accept the following conditions, costs and services provided for the care of your pets and property.

1. 1. The client agrees to pay for any additional visits, all necessary vet visits, additional food and out-of-pocket expenses relating to servicing of pets or home, including additional time undertaken, any damage caused to a third party (either animal or human) and fines levied by council, police or other authorities pertaining to animal behaviour/regulations and the cost of retrieving any missing animal.
2. 2. Sofie’s Petcare agree to provide the services stated in this contract in a reliable and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against Sofie’s Petcare unless arising from negligence on the part of Sofie’s Petcare
3. 3. The client agrees to pay all locksmith call-out charges and repair costs in the event of a faulty lock or door which will not allow Sofie’s Petcare entry to premises to undertake her contracted work.
4. 4. Sofie’s Petcare accept no responsibility for negligence of any kind to home or pets where entry to premises is given to a friend, relative or neighbour or any other party including real estate agents, cleaners and tradesmen.
5. 5. It is understood that a Public Holiday and Long Weekend surcharge is levied at 50% of applicable daily fees.
6. 6. The client fully understands the contents of this contract and by signing it below, takes full responsibility for the balance of payments to be made on return home.
7. 7. The client agrees to pay Sofie’s Petcare for any “no show” charges where cancellation has not been advised for the care of any pet or dog walk within a reasonable time.
8. 8. The client acknowledges receipt of current Sofie’s Petcare rates.
